退換貨政策
感謝您購買 TungVillage Studio 的商品。我們致力於提供高品質的手工製品，若您對商品有任何疑慮，請參閱以下退換貨說明。
鑑賞期 依據台灣消費者保護法，您享有收到商品後 7 天猶豫期（含例假日）。商品須保持全新未使用狀態，並附有完整包裝及配件。猶豫期內退貨不收取任何手續費。
可申請退換貨的情況
- 商品有瑕疵或損壞
- 收到商品與訂單描述不符
- 運送過程造成的損壞
不接受退換貨的情況
- 商品已使用、拆封或缺少原始包裝
- 客製化或訂製商品（包含尺寸訂製、刻字、特殊材質選配等）
- 因個人喜好或改變心意，且商品包裝已損壞
退換貨流程
- 請於收到商品 7 天內，來信至 [您的客服信箱] 說明退換貨原因，並附上訂單編號及商品照片
- 待確認後，我們將提供退貨地址
- 退貨運費由買方負擔（若為商品瑕疵則由賣方負擔）
- 收到退貨並確認商品狀態後，將於 7 個工作天內辦理退款
退款方式 退款將依原付款方式退回，處理時間依各金融機構而異。

Return Window We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. No restocking fee is charged for returns within the return window.

- Defective or damaged items
- Items that do not match the product description
- Items damaged during shipping
Non-Returnable Items
- Used, opened, or items missing original packaging
- Custom or personalized orders (including size customization, engraving, or special material selections)
- Change of mind returns where original packaging has been damaged
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at [your support email] within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number and photos of the item
- Once approved, we will provide the return shipping address
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer (we cover shipping costs for defective items)
- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, a refund will be processed within 7 business days
