運送政策

處理時間 訂單確認後，我們將於 7-30 個工作天內完成備貨出貨。手工製品可能需要額外製作時間，屆時將另行通知。

台灣本島運送

  • 黑貓宅急便（一般件）：約 1–3 個工作天
  • 7-11 / 全家店到店：約 2–4 個工作天
  • 大型物件貨車運送：另行安排，送達時間依地區而異
  • 離島地區（澎湖、金門、馬祖）：運費及時效另計，請來信詢問

國際運送

  • 提供國際配送服務，運費依目的地及重量計算，結帳時顯示
  • 預計送達時間：7–14 個工作天（依各國海關作業而異）
  • 國際運送不包含進口關稅及稅費，相關費用由買方負擔

運送通知 出貨後將寄送含追蹤號碼的通知信至您的電子信箱，請留意查收。

Shipping Policy

Processing Time Orders are processed within 7-30 business days after confirmation. Handcrafted items may require additional production time; we will notify you if this applies to your order.

Domestic Shipping (Taiwan)

  • Yamato Transport (standard): 1–3 business days
  • 7-11 / FamilyMart store pickup: 2–4 business days
  • Large item freight delivery: arranged separately; delivery time varies by location
  • Outlying islands (Penghu, Kinmen, Matsu): additional shipping fees and extended delivery times apply; please contact us for details

International Shipping

  • International shipping is available; rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight
  • Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days (subject to customs processing)
  • Import duties and taxes are not included and are the responsibility of the buyer
